What types of information can I track using custom fields?
Custom field types include Checkbox (toggle on/off, optional default), Dropdown (single value from a list, optional default), Multiselect Dropdown (multiple values, profiles only), Textbox (free text, optionally numeric-only with a max character/numeric limit), and Readiness Expiration Date (a certification expiration date on profiles that affects pilot readiness).
To add a dropdown option: 1. Click the plus (+) button next to "Dropdown Options". 2. Enter the value in the text input. 3. Optionally select a default value to pre-fill new logs/profiles.
