What is Launchpad?
Launchpad is AlarisPro's self-guided onboarding portal designed specifically for platform administrators.
It provides the structured training, implementation resources, and onboarding tools administrators need to successfully configure and deploy AlarisPro across their organization.
Unlike the Training Academy, which is intended for all users, Launchpad focuses specifically on administrator responsibilities, including configuring aircraft, adding users, establishing operational workflows, and preparing the organization for Go Live.
Launchpad follows a “train the trainer” approach. Administrators complete the onboarding curriculum first, allowing them to confidently support their own teams once the platform is deployed.

Administrator Learning Path
Administrators complete training in four modules:
Module 1: Platform Overview & Initial Setup
Module 2: Adding Users
Module 3: Adding & Managing Aircraft
Module 4: Operations, Flight Logging & Reporting
After completing all modules, administrators receive a completion certificate and participate in their Readiness Review before launching their live fleet.
