Safety reporting helps identify and classify hazards/risks with measures to mitigate threats. It includes User Roles & Permissions (hazard/risk email and report access), Risk Management Settings, Hazard Report Form Editor, Safety Reporting, Safety Report Risk Matrix, and Log History.
