How do I update the Risk Classification Matrix?
Risk managers adjust the matrix size and labels under Risk Management Settings > Risk Classification, setting probability and severity levels, custom labels, and risk tolerance.
1. Navigate to Organization Settings > Risk Management Settings > Risk Classification. 2. Set probability and severity levels to fit your needs (probability: probable to improbable, up to 6 levels; severity: catastrophic to negligible, up to 6 levels). 3. Apply custom labels to each level (shown in form entry options). 4. Set risk tolerance (high, medium, low) for each matrix item.
