How do I document my organization's flight operations conducted on UAS outside of my Fleet?
To document org flight time and sorties on UAS not in your fleet without skewing maintenance data, add a placeholder "External Flight Time" UAS and log against it.
1. Log in as the Administrator. 2. Navigate to UAS Management and use the add new button. 3. Filter by the "External Flight Time" UAS option in the Manufacturer dropdown and choose "Fixed Wing" or "Rotor" under UAS Model (serial and registration auto-populate). 4. Enter hours and minutes for "Current UAS Information" (total external flight time to date). 5. In "First Date in Service", enter any date preceding your first external flight. 6. To log time, select "External Flight Time" from the UAS dropdown like a normal UAS and add notes/remarks.
