How do I create form templates?
Risk managers create hazard report form templates in the Hazard Report Form Editor.
1. Navigate to Organization Settings > Hazard Report Form Editor. 2. Click the plus button to create a new form template. 3. Use the form items section to add labels and fields. 4. Click "Add New Form" to save.
