How do I create a FRAT?
The Organization Administrator creates the Master FRAT form in Custom Settings, establishing risk thresholds and risk factors with weighted conditions, then sets approval permissions.
1. Sign in with your admin login at www.Alarispro.com. 2. Navigate to Custom Settings. 3. Select the "Flight Risk Assessment Tool" tab. 4. Establish Risk Thresholds (when a FRAT requires approval based on total risk). 5. Optionally require crews to attach a completed FRAT to each flight log and set the FRAT expiration time span. 6. Click "Add New Factor" to build the form: choose a Category (Crew Factors, Aircraft & Equipment Factors, Environmental & Other Factors), enter the Risk Factor title, add multiple Potential Conditions with risk values via "Add Condition", then click "Add Factor". 7. Set permissions under User Roles & Permissions (FRAT Approval Levels 1, 2, 3).
