How do I connect an AlarisPro Tier I and Tier II account?
A Tier II (higher-level reporting entity) initiates the connection by sending a code to the Tier I account holder, who then enters the code to join the tier.
Tier II (initiates): 1. Tier II Administrator logs into the account. 2. Select the "Members" tab at the top of the page. 3. Provide the Tier I account holder's e-mail and select "Send Request" (a code is e-mailed). Tier I (account holder): 1. Log in as the account administrator. 2. Navigate to the settings page. 3. Scroll to the bottom to the "Tier Member Settings" section and complete checkboxes if required. 4. Enter the code sent from the Tier II account to join the tier.
