How do I complete a FRAT before logging a flight?
Pilots complete a FRAT form from the Safety dropdown, selecting a condition for each risk factor, and can attach a finalized FRAT to a flight log.
1. Sign in with your Pilot login at www.Alarispro.com. 2. Select "Flight Risk Assessment Tool (FRAT)" from the "Safety" dropdown. 3. Click "+ Complete new FRAT Form". 4. Create a title. 5. Complete the form by selecting a condition for each Risk Factor (you can save and edit incomplete forms as you add mitigation). 6. Click "Add" to save. 7. When adding a flight log, attach the FRAT form from the dropdown.
