The implementation process is designed to provide a structured, guided experience that prepares your organization for long term success. Below are answers to some of the most common onboarding questions.
Who should be our Primary Administrator?
Your Primary Administrator should be someone who understands your organization’s operational structure and will be responsible for managing users, aircraft, permissions, and configuration within AlarisPro.
How many administrators should participate in onboarding?The Kickoff Meeting may include the Primary Administrator plus up to three additional administrators. Additional users can be added after your account is live.
Should we enter test data?No. Aircraft and pilot records can be retired but cannot be deleted, so we recommend entering only accurate operational information from the start of your implementation.
Can we begin using the platform immediately?We recommend completing administrator training and participating in your Readiness Review before beginning day to day operations. This helps ensure your organization is configured correctly and your administrators are comfortable supporting users.
What training is required?Administrators complete Launchpad training during implementation. Once your account is configured, your organization deploys the Training Academy to pilots, maintenance personnel, and other operational users.
