Can I track certification expiration dates for my AlarisPro users?
Yes. Configure certification expiration dates as Profile Custom Fields of type "Readiness Expiration Date". Status indicators appear when a certification is near expiry, and for pilots these affect readiness status.
1. Create a Profile Custom Field of type "Readiness Expiration Date". 2. Choose a suggested certification type or select "Enter Custom Label" for a custom one. 3. To get expiry e-mail notifications, go to "Custom Settings" > "General Settings & Notifications" > "Notification Settings" and check "User Profile Expirations".
